Navigators

The workforce navigator designates dedicated time to recruit and guide candidates to select a career path, enroll in an upskilling training program, complete the program, secure a job, and retain the job. The workforce navigator will also help the candidate to address barriers that prevent him/her from remaining in the selected career path by using existing community resources. United Way of Meriden and Wallingford’s community partner nonprofit agencies can refer their clients to the following Navigators:
